KUALA LUMPUR, April 23 — Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim has ordered the immediate implementation of all memoranda of understanding (MoUs) and cooperation agreements signed between Malaysia and China during last week’s state visit by Chinese President Xi Jinping.
According to Berita Harian, government spokesman Datuk Fahmi Fadzil confirmed that the Cabinet meeting today also decided the Ministry of Foreign Affairs would oversee the MoU roll-out.
“The government is committed to ensuring the swift execution of all MoUs signed and exchanged,” he reportedly said at a post-Cabinet press briefing.
